Dream Homes by Foroutan has been remodeling and building new homes in Washington D.C., Northern Virginia and Maryland since 1992. The Dream Homes team is comprised of a carefully assembled team of construction professionals, including designers, digital draftspersons, carpenters, estimators, subcontractors and suppliers. Our philosophy of building homes focuses on "quality space", where every corner has a purpose. To us, big space simply for the sake of being big is not a good use of space. The same holds true when it comes to our company. By focusing on a smaller number of clients, we can ensure customer satisfaction through constant and continued attention to every detail of your project from initial proposal until your project is finished. We provide daily communication with the status of your project and pride ourselves in sticking to construction timelines.
